When problems do occur, immediate elimination of infestations is accomplished with intensive service to affected areas, according to NPCA/EPA requirements. SOS agrees to furnish regularly scheduled services during normal business hours. Emergency service will be provided when necessary. Our policy is to initiate corrective measures during the same day they are reported. Emergency service will always be issued within 24 hours. Your call to our office is the only requirement to initiate corrective measures or obtain additional service. Our unconditional guarantee is just that... Unconditional! There is no fine print. An effective pest management service consists of many different factors, including: • Intensive observation of facilities by trained personnel to identify and anticipate problems; • Comprehensive supervision of technicians, techniques and service (only EPA approved insecticides are used); • Systematic reporting of sanitary conditions, pest problems found or anticipated and control measure performed; and • Cooperative efforts of SOS personnel with home/business owners and/or landscaping and grounds personnel to prevent pest problems from occurring.
