Didn't actually have a service performed but when I talked with the owner about what was needed (very simple replacement of fastner on a waterline connection for a washer) I felt like I was getting "wheeled and dealed" and tone was condescending and mocking when I relayed what I had been told to expect as far as costs go by the delivery guys for the washer and dryer. Definitely would shop around.
