Premier Remodel & Building Maintenance

I was called today by Dustin to ask to leave a review for their work. Dustin, your team did a great job getting our house ready to be put on the market. Sorry we didn't leave a review last year when you did the work, but the house sold 3 weeks after listing and we had forgot to review. Crown moulding looked perfect, and the hardwood floors refinished were fantastic.

They did a good job. Repaired some stucco and painted. Cannot tell where they did repair. Good job.

Dustin called us and asked my wife and I to leave a review on how we think they did at our house. I will say this, I am a contractor myself and did not have time to perform the repairs as being a small company owner we rarely get free time, with that being said I was hesitant about hiring out another company as I have high expectations. Well, after seeing Premier's work, I will call them for anything I cannot get to, including if we have jobs we need help on. Romeo, Lane, Dustin, Chris, & Jason completed a project I had thought would take 5 days in 3 days, and it was flawless. The 1 Star Reviews, maybe they had unrealistic views or something else, I do not know their situation. However, with OUR project, we have no complaints. Thanks Dustin and thank your crew for the outstanding performance on our repairs.

Premier Remodel installed new baseboards and re-done our hardwood floors after having a water pipe burst. They made my home look completely new like the accident never happened. A++++ I would strongly suggest their work, I will vouch for them 100% and disagree with their work not being good. Romeo, Dustin's worker, works hard and made us comfortable during the process.
