This project included removal of the bathroom door and fabrication and installation of a new barn door. We used an antique table and converted it to a bathroom vanity. Installation of new fixtures, and flooring. This also included new flooring throughout the study, entry, and dining as well as the painting of the kitchen cabinets and installation of new cabinets throughout the utility room. Several other small updates were completed on this house as well.

This home was built in 1956 and had never been updated and was not well kept. We had to rework the kitchen layout and add an island including, all new lighting, countertops, cabinets, tile, and fixtures. We also had to convert a small bathroom to a master bathroom which included new shower, cabinets, relocating many of the plumbing fixtures, shower glass, toilet, and all new fixtures. We removed the old brick fireplace in the dining room adding about 6' to the space and removed the wall and door between the entry and living, opening the area for more a open floor plan. We also had completely redo the hall bathroom with new cabinets, tub and tile surround, and fixtures. We replaced all the flooring throughout the house. Repaired the exterior quite extensively. Painted both the interior and exterior. Rewired and replumbed the exterior house with new electrical panel and PEX manifold. This home also required quite a bot of foundation repairs resulting in all the sewer lines to be replaced.

We replaced a leaking shower in the maser bathroom. Installed new fixtures throughout the bathroom. Removed wallpaper,textured and painted the bathroom. We also had to rework some of the plumbing in the wall and replace the flooring in the master closet.

This was an exciting remodel we did as a surprise to the homeowner orchestrated by her family. We refinished the kitchen cabinets, relocated lights in the kitchen and installed new recessed lights and pendants. Installed new back splash. Renovated 3 bathrooms in the home with new tile and surrounds, new counter tops, fixtures. We installed new fixtures throughout the house, new flooring, new spindles at the stair case, and painted the interior of the home. This house also required a foundation evaluation. There were several other repairs done throughout the house

This was an empty commercial spot in a strip center. We converted this into a Pilates studio including removing the ceiling tiles, new spiral ducting, painting, mirrors on both walls, new bathroom, flooring throughout, custom built Pilates equipment, customer built shelving and storage, fixture installation, customer built kitchenette.
