I had my A/C unit that had problems in June 1,2024. He saw the outside unit and the unit in the attic and told me that the A/C system had to be replaced. That he will charge for the outside unit $4000.00 and the unit in the attic needs to be replaced also but could last longer. I agreed for the outside unit for $4000.00 but he needed the money upfront I told him that I will pay half before and the rest afterwards. I put on the charge on my card. And the next day I checked my card online, and he ran the card for $10,000.00. I immediately disputed the charge and called Randall to discuss it with him. He told me that $10,000 was for the whole system the outside unit and the furnace in the attic. He told me that he was going refund me the charge of the inside unit of $6,000.00 I have called him, and he will not answer my calls…. He always texts me that he has problems, and he will get to my house to correct the problem. But he never did. I’m tired of all his games. Randall thinks that I will forget about everything, but he deserves to be put in jail for stealing.

Randle Arvie, call his self a man of God. He’s not an honest businessman at all. He installed a new furnace for my elderly mother’s home. The furnace stopped working 6 months later. We call Arvie to schedule a visit. He ghosted me he never returned any of my calls. I had to call from several different phone numbers. And he still didn’t respond. I had a friend call Arvie from his phone and he finally answered. So Arvie comes out and says what’s wrong with the furnace and that he could fix it. With in that same breath he asked for a service fee and that he had to order the parts and come back. My elderly mother felt in her spirit that Arvie was lying and didn’t pay the service fee. After that day we called and called and we never heard back from Randle Arvie since. The craziest thing is that we have a warranty the Randle Arvie never honored. Don’t believe what he’s saying that he was going through a divorce. That’s not my problem you’re a business man that doesn’t honor his work, words or warranty. He took advantage of my 71 year old mother. She on a fixed income and can’t afford to give her money away. Please Beware of this crooked man.

Still haven't heard back from Randle, but a real professional came in and had to redo EVERYTHING he did. This guy KNEW he was doing a bad job and left me hanging. Don't believe the excuse about his dad in an accident in Louisiana.

Reverend Randle Arvie, is not a reputable business owner. In March, 2022, I hired Honesty Cool & Heating to service my air conditioning and furnace ready for the seasons. The air conditioning was repaired. After inspecting the furnace, I was informed that I needed a new furnace. After paying Reverend Arvie, he installed the furnace on April 26, 2022. In October I turned the furnace and it did not work. I found out the furnace was not hooked up. After numerous text, calls, and emails, the furnace is still not hooked up. I am a 74 year old 3 time cancer survivor and cannot afford to have my money taken from me, as I live on social security only. Reverend Arvie knows he is not Honest. I am going to have someone come in and clean up his mess. You should be very ashamed of yourself. How many other elderly have you done this to. Your congregation should know about your actions. I hope they peruse this review. If I could give you a zero review I would do so.
