Emergency plumbing call for flooded office spaces. On further inspection of the problem we found the issue to be a broken main water line on the outside of the building causing the water to enter the office. We then set up pump to detour water away from the building to prevent excess flooding.

Call for guest bathtub not draining Ran auger and removed debris from drain, but was not able to restore to full operation. Returned with drain treatment and cleaner to attempt to restore drain to 100% operation. We were successful in clearing the drain. Installation of genie overhead garage door opener. Installed unit, set up remote door openers, wireless keypad, and door button.

We pinpointed cracked line in drain system with drain camera and started the repair. We disconnected the existing mop sink and removed cabinet and counter top, we then removed the sheet rock from behind the washer, dryer and cabinet, at this time we located the split fitting in the wall and proceeded to remove it. Due to the location of the fitting tieing into the vent stack as well as the branch arm of the mop sink we had to re-pipe the entire section of drain plumbing behind the washing machine. After re-piping was complete we then proceeded to test the new section of piping. The washing machine drained perfectly after we made these repairs.
