My wife and I purchased our water treatment system from Samantha Springs Water Services (817) 370-9945 for our house we built in the Bella Ranch subdivision near Benbrook in 2016. They designed several types of systems but choose the Defender and FA Iron Max by Puronics because it had a 10 year warranty. Excellent company to work and Mark Williams the General Manager took time to explain and draw a picture of how the system works. They were very flexible and understanding because our closing date changed at least 4 times. Our install date was scheduled in 3 days from our closing and the installer was very knowledgeable, professional, and new his product. After six months of use we are still very happy with our purchase, Great Customer Service – LN.

I had a great experience with Jordan Brandt and Samantha Springs. He was able to inform and educate me on reverse osmosis systems and water softeners and helped me pick a system that met our individual needs. The installers were flexible for my time requirements and were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend.
