I sent an earlier review. Terry from Roy's personally called me back. They are no longer in Tri Cities, but in Boise. We do not know what happened with communication, but for you in Boise area, they are excellent!

Roy's used to be great for customer service. My dad tried to contact for repair service, but received nothing. I just tried to schedule, again, and it is a ghost answer with their answering service. Terry and Jackie were great owners, great service. . .I do not know who is doing Roy's Appliance no, but just getting on the schedule is a challenge! I do hope to hear from them, because in the past, 5 years ago, their service and knowledge was excellent.
