I had instant communications through text messaging, and was able to send pictures and get a reply every time, right away. I was provided with knowledge without even contracting their service, at that time, I was given the opportunity to pick up the parts myself, as I preferred, and I was SO relieved to have power back on shortly after the electrician arrived.
