Backyard Entertaining Patio | Feb 2014 | This project was all about the design. We wanted to incorporate a firepit, surround it with water, and use as much natural stone as possible. We also veneered the short walls to match the house. | $30k | Lynnwood, WA
Seattle Front Yard Landscape | Nov 2013 | This customer requested a modern look with straight lines. We used a modern horizontal fence style to frame the space. We used architectural slabs for walkways and created a charcoal veneered retaining wall system. We finished it off with plantings and sod | $25k | Seattle, WA
Enum Claw Retaining Walls | Mar 2013 | For this project we used the landscapes natural contours to create a design that would be practical and allow a free flow through the various walkways, beds and stairways | $15k | Enumclaw, WA

Edmonds Pergola with Roof | Apr 2011 | Here we built a Pergola over a patio. The customer wanted partial sunshine and at the same time a waterproof roof system. We used tempered glass for the panels on top and added some nice arch details to the rafters. the whole structure is set in concrete. We used custom stone pillars to accent the posts. We added a privacy screen to the side furthest from the house and finished by painting the whole pergola to match the house. | $7k | Edmonds, WA
Leschi Retaining Wall | Apr 2011 | This retaining wall came with a few obstacles, including underground springs and a steep slope above. We used the existing contours of the land to help us shape this beautiful arc with stair case. | $4k | Seattle, WA
Kirlkand Entry Way | Sep 2010 | In these pictures you will see a charcoal slate tile leading up the steps to the new door. We installed this veneer over the top of an existing aggregate walkway to add a modern appeal. This project is in Kirkland so we thought this look would fit the neighborhood. We finished the look off with a flagstone patio courtyard to the right and a cedar ( with black baluster) hand rail | $5k | Kirkland, WA
