Go to L&I website to see nellums status. He is not bonded and has been in Suspension since Feb.2019 do not higher this guy. He's not legal.
This guy has been working on million dollar homes without a bond. L&I informed me that his Bond was Suspended in ,Feb.2019 and he is currently under investigation for fraud with thousands of dollars in fines for working knowing he's in violation.
Worked for this guy on numerous homes, before I found out he was not bonded by the state. Been suspended since the beginning of 2019. Never paid me. Bad news all the way around.
