Holloway Plumbing

I dont know what they did wrong but I had Holloway come out to unstop my toilet. After about 30 minutes I heard a commotion. I came around to see what happened and what I saw horrified and disgusted me. Shit had flowed out of the toilet and all over the floor in an inch deep pile. When I asked them if they were gonna clean it up the gentleman with a beard just shrugged and told me it was my problem to clean up. Never in my life have I ever been so disgusted and mortified. I had to call a professional cleaning company to come out and clean up the hazardous waste. What a disgusting and horrid company. For anyone to be treated as disrespectfully as I was is unacceptable. They refused to refund my money or help pay for the cost of the cleaning company. The commode remained stopped up after the initial visit and Damon refuses to return my calls or answer my questions. I will never use this company again.
