Terrible, terrible customer service. Ripoff - overcharge for really poor work get for 1/2 the price elsewhere. Buyer beware! Sadly, I can't give 0 stars, because they really deserve it. I never comment on businesses, this one is really an exception.
Monroe Glass did an awesome job on a difficult install. Another glass installer tried this install and used a seam that was not necessary (among other errors). Monroe Glass came in and fixed the other guy's shoddy work.
