About Kingsport Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
Established in 1987, Kingsport Heating and Air Conditioning is locally owned and operated by Rick Millsap. Mr. Millsap is a native of East Tennessee, having lived in the Bloomingdale area of Kingsport during his childhood and graduated from Ketron High School. He began working as a service technician with another heating and air company in 1972. His dream ...to own his own business. That dream became reality in 1987 when Kingsport Heating and Air Conditioning officially opened for business. His goal was and remains, "To be the best heating and air conditioning company in the area".
