in response to the complaint we were having a long day and was very busy we arrived at the home the next day and took care of all problems in the home with out a word being said of any complaint of any kind some times days are hectic and you can lose track of time and run late for a appointment but we always call and let the home owner know and that is what we did it is hard to answer the phone when your hands are busy tring to fix a water issue but with patientce know that I will always call back if i miss a call the home owner was not without water as she said when i arrived at the home the water was on and the pipe was leaking they had a wash cloth laying over the pipe slowly dripping into a tub there for the call being an emergency was void we took care of the job professionally thank you

Worst Plumber in the Tri-Cities is ... All Seasons Plumbing and Renovations at (423) 677-9906 ... They were assigned to us from our home warranty for a leak in the basement. We had to shut the water off and its been over 24 hrs. They told me they would be here at noon. I have called all 3 of their numbers and won't pick up or return our calls. They even drove by our house at 3:30pm and we tried to wave them over. Terrible business. I will be requesting the the Home Warranty not use them again!!!
