This is the worst company I've ever interacted with. I would not even give it 1 star if 0 stars was an option. They do not come during their indicated window, and the communication is awful. I was assigned to them from my home warranty company. Do not use them if you want a reliable, responsible company. After multiple times of not having the technician arrive, I finally asked for a time when I could be first on the route. Iris gave me a window frame of 9AM-10AM. I kept asking for confirmation that someone would be there during my window, as it was halfway through at this point. Finally at 9:40, I called another office manager who said she didn't know why I was given that window frame as their technician isn't in yet. After asking why I was told that time if that wasn't possible, she didn't have any explanation and barely apologized. I was then told my technician will arrive by 11:00 AM. She said there was nothing else she could do. In short, I would never, ever recommend this company as they do not take responsibility for their actions in any way, shape, or form. They do not care about their customers or maintaining any good relationship.

I'm sad & very frustrated to say that this ongoing experience has been a horror story. This initial work order has been going on since 4.6.2019. every time I call I'm given a different story. parts on order...parts here awaiting service sched. then its additional parts needed. What's a person to do. !!!!!!

This was the worst experience of a service company that I have had. They were dispatched to service a dryer and were told the name brand of the unit only to have someone come to inspect the dryer and advise that they do not work on that brand. Now how does a company accept a Work Order which indicates the brand name and still sends someone out to attempt to repair it knowing that they do not work on that brand. Then have the technician tell the Property Manager that he does not know how to work on the unit and that he will have to send someone else from his company to see if they can repair it. KNOWING that they don't work on that brand. Terrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there was lower star than 1 maybe 0 stars should be placed on their review.
