MAIDEN OVERHEAD DOOR

I had a new garage door installed a few years back with AAA Garage Door co. One of the rollers had lost the bearings and wasn't working right so I called them to later find out that a guy named Patrick answered the call. I told Patrick the nature of the call and he said he would try to come out Friday evening or Saturday morning. Patrick shows up early Saturday morning and put in a new roller. All was well until my wife called me telling me about the charge being 155.00 I texted Patrick and called him asking about the charges. Finally he texted me back with this answer on pricing 145.00 labor for the 10 minutes and 10.00 for the parts I challenged him on the price and there wasn't any response. That equates to 750.00 per hour? Patrick never shared the service charge of 145.00 It appears that this business is being conducted from a home not a business location. To the general public (Caveat Emptor) Meaning Buyer beware!!! I cannot endorse this man or the company.
