Here's a one-bedroom condominium loft renovation that was completed by Tillman that included the main living area, kitchen and master bathroom. Youll notice how the exposed original brick walls, from this historic building in downtown Knoxville, add warmth and charm to the space. Other details included refinished hardwood floors, unique light fixtures, new cabinetry and shelving, new bathroom and back-splash tile and custom metal work. New painted trim was added around floors, walls and windows to bring it all together.

This farmhouse style home has a warm country feel with elegant touches of beauty throughout. Various exterior finishes like board and batten siding, wooden shingles and copper flashing work together seamlessly with natural stone. Some notable interior finishes include large reclaimed wooden beams, natural stonework throughout, tree trunk floor inlays, antique lighting fixtures and reclaimed metal brackets.

Tillman worked to complete this project at Elder Law of East Tennessee and the historic Colonel Caswell House. The folks at Elder Law were great to work with and we were proud to help give a new shine to such a timeless structure. Tillman worked in the interior spaces to refinish and update this Prairie style home that was built in 1915. We also updated the carriage house.

Tillman worked to transform this space into an amazing atmosphere by brightening the space, upgrading the showers with tile, installing new flooring, installing new hair wash stations, painting the exterior, updating the break room, adding coverings in the spa and renovating the nail salon. We worked closely with the owner and designer to come up with construction solutions that were in their budget and met their needs. This facility is one of the best of its kind in the Knoxville area and now they can provide their excellent service in an even more fabulous building.

Here's a bathroom remodel that Tillman completed with a contemporary and sleek design. The monochromatic use of black and various shades of gray create a peaceful and calming effect. Any use of color seems to pop against such a clean design sentiment. The fixtures and tile work are details that help to complete the space, as well.

The Complete Family Care building follows our tradition of attention to detail and a beautiful transformation. This structure has been at least five different establishments over the years since its original construction. To say that kind of varied history made this a challenging build is an understatement. Allen Tillman noted in an article for the News Sentinel property blog that The floor has at least five different elevations where they poured and added and changed and tiled.

This area has been transformed from an ordinary space into a stunning oasis of comfort and relaxation. The wonderful details of the chandelier and gorgeous faucets and tile work come together in a really great way.

Here's a beautiful kitchen renovation by Tillman. Most of the design elements in this space are traditional, but theres a more modern feel, as well, with touches including the pendant lights and the sleek counter-tops. The convenient and space-saving built-ins which house the refrigerator, ovens and microwave are nice touches too. The whole space is pulled together with rich colors and the gorgeous tile work.

This was a large porch addition by Tillman that transformed the backyard living space of an existing residence. It included two large outdoor living areas, a hot tub area, a beautifully finished wood ceiling, a flat-screen TV, outdoor lighting and an enclosed underneath storage area to name a few features.
