Tommy Kirby founded 1st Choice Home Inspections in 2002 and has inspected thousands of homes. After Hurricane Katrina, Tommy was hired by F.E.M.A. to inspect homes in the New Orleans area, and he completed more than 1,000 home inspections there. In 2004, Tommy was awarded a contract to inspect H.U.D. homes in East Tennessee, and during the term of the contract, he completed 12,000 Routine Inspections and 500 S.P.I. Inspections. Tommy is consistently the top-rated Knoxville Home Inspector on Angie's List, and has received the Angie's List Super Service Award. In Spring 2015, David Trent joined 1st Choice Home Inspections as a licensed home inspector. Both Tommy and David have the knowledge and experience to inspect your home right.
