Warning! 302 Wakefield Road owned by New York slumlords. What was once affordable because it was locally owned has become insanely expensive for a petite place with no amenities. They are kind and sweet until you sign the lease. For 5 years, we had to replace our own AC filters and do our own pest control. The place was infiltrated with ants and when we called about giant roach sightings, they still didn't exterminate for pests. There are only 2 garbage cans for 5 units. Constant trash overflowing on to the street. The raccoons and pests loved it!! I took photos and sent it to them and they would not add more cans. That is insane!! Our dishwasher wasn't even installed properly nor grounded Professionally. When it eventually broke, we called about it and Lydia said she was sending a new one. We never got one. You are on your own if anything goes wrong. They sincerely don't care! In the end , they took out a $175 cleaning fee from our deposit. It didn't matter how clean we left it. Kristin, Sherry, and Lydia also will hold on to what's left of your deposit until you call them about it. We left our forwarding address with our keys and didnt receive it for months. You have to be a heartless sociopath to do what they do for a living. They don't care as long as they get their commissions. They do not care about people! Knoxville will never be the same. California and New York have moved here and they have brought their toxicity with them. Do not rent from this place!
