The last section of top rail (only) is bent/ bowed down about 9 inches ; a tree limb had fallen across it and bent it. The fence itself is fine. I have the section of top rail bar that is the replacement - it is on hold at Lowes. It is a 10.5 feet length, and the bent part doesn't span even half of that, so you can cut and splice or install the entire length, as you wish.
