Keys Heating and Cooling is not a trustworthy company. Steve does not return calls or e-mails when you have a problem. ANY OTHER HVAC company would be a better choice.

Mr. Keys installed a new furnace for us a couple of years ago, and we have been nothing but pleased with his continuing service and attention to detail. We hope to continue with him for many years.

Was having furnace issues and called Steve Keys, owner of Keys Heating and Cooling. Has previously done work for friends and family members as well as me personally last year. Insisted on coming after hours and take a look. I got furnace to run before he got here. Showed up with his kid....He removed igniter and cleaned, 3 days later same issue. Called and set up appointment to which he was a no call no show for. Very unprofessional business, would definitely look else where for HVAC/electrical services.
