Foundation Professionals of Florida

I hired Foundation Professionals, Seawall Professionals to repair a seawall. I identified the voids and through my engineer identified exactly what needed to be repaired and where the areas of concern were. They sent me the contract saying they were going to fill voids, stabilize seawall and curtain, etc. The voids were not filled as agreed and as authorized in a change order for additional material. The seawall has since catastrophically failed and they promised to perform warranty work and repair the wall a month ago. They have now asked that I determine what needs to be done so that they can bid the work and I can hire and pay them to fix the job which they were contractually obligated to originally do. They didn't do the job, they charged me more money, the seawall failed, they have not honored their warranty, and my seawall is collapsing.
