Based out of Lakeland, Creative Development is a home building contractor. Providing services such as green construction, custom home design, and home building, them have been in business for about 25 years. In April 2010, a property owner hired Creative Development to do work on a new home construction using a permit obtained from Shelby County. They are accredited by the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Creative Development is insured.
