HISTORY: Pacificland Constructors, Inc. (California State License No. 715187) was established in 1995 by Martin Sr. who is our companies President. Pacificland Constructors started off as a masonry specialty contractor with a C-29 license classification called "Pacificland Masonry". During the companies early years we focused mainly on all masonry related services such as block walls, brick veneer, stone veneer, and brick pavers. Pacificland expanded its services to include all concrete services by obtaining a C-8 license classification in 1998. In 2005, we obtained the General Building Contractor license (Class B) and officially changed our business name to "Pacificland Constructors, Inc". In 2014, Martin Sr.'s. son came on board as the new Project Manager. The new Project Manager will be responsible for meeting with clients. MEET THE MANAGER: After nearly a decade working in the corporate world designing numerous bridges in the state of California, Martin made the decision to leave the corporate world and expand his knowledge by joining the family business. Building on his fathers foundation for Pacificland Constructors, in 2014 Martin has taken over the role of being the companies new project manager and estimator. As project manager he will be in charge of meeting with clients and assisting them in their construction and design needs. Martin holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine and is a registered professional civil engineer. Martin is most noted for his design creativity as well as bringing cost consciousness to every project. His extensive knowledge and expertise in bridge structures, transportation related structures, and home design makes him a valuable asset to our company.
