Great Service Landscape

I’ll let the images speak for themselves assuming images can be posted. I had to ask project manager Carlos to leave the job as he couldn’t speak truth and my wife was beside herself. He would not comply with our yard design, would often say he forgot. A person who says yes before even hearing me finish… then not deliver. They did zero ground prep and did not cover all areas or overlap weed guard fabric… that is so simple and not costly to do… yet extremely difficult to fix later. The sod was a swamp in some low pooling areas they created, with smell and bugs… while other areas were dead yellow. I’ve since aerated, fertilized, and water twice a day… nothing is working. During the job each visit Carlos was asking for more money that outweighed the job completion percentage. Now here’s my regret, they got me to pay at completion stating “don’t worry, we guarantee it for a year”. Well, I’ve called and emailed multiple times (including again today)… not one response, not one! They are still under the contract timeframe. Beware of Carlos, Juan is a straight shooter, but hasn’t responded either. As a consumer, hiring Great Service Landscaping rates up there with my biggest regrets. This my first review on Porch.
