After a lot of bad luck, I was very lucky to come a across this contractor. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand some of the intricacies of the work he did for me. He was easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend him.

Congress Park Custom Shelving | Nov 2014 | Two custom book cases built to spec and custom color matched with the existing 100-year old stain. Also replaced the upper header and crown molding to make both doorways one continuous piece. | $2k | Denver, CO
Cherry Hills Bathroom Remodel | Nov 2014 | This project required us to demo out an existing bathroom, extend the size of the bathroom 5' larger by taking up an unused closet opposite the shower and relocate all of the fixtures. A custom poured cement shower pan, custom fit shower glass, oversized tiles, granite countertop, and a custom built walnut vanity cabinet topped this project off. | $13k | Denver, CO
Clayton Home Remodel | Oct 2014 | This was a total tear out and remodel of an existing kitchen layout from the early 1900's near downtown Denver. Westminster Buffet Cabinet | Sep 2014 | Our clients in Westminster, CO needed a custom fit kitchen buffet cabinet to meet their needs and really complete the final look of the kitchen. We also did some miscellaneous electrical and trim work in other portions of the home. | $2k | Westminster, CO
Zuni St Rental Remodel | Jul 2014 | This was a rental purchased by our client that needed a total gut. The home was originally a 2 bed/1ba house, but with some creative re-positioning we were able to make a very comfortable 3bed/2ba (added a master with en-suite bath) and significantly increase the rent range. A new kitchen(custom cabinets and granite tile counters), new laminate flooring, trim, paint, remodel the existing bathroom, and add a new bathroom from scratch were needed to complete this project. | $18k | Denver, CO
64th St Remodel | Jul 2014 | This was a complete remodel, including the: kitchen, bathroom, entire hardwood floor, paint, carpet, and sun room. We used natural solid Brazilian cherry for the hardwood floors and solid custom built American cherry for the cabinetry. After marble tile, granite counter-tops, and lots of hard work the house was completed and able to be listed for sale for our clients. It ended up going under contract after a day on the market. | $32k | Arvada, CO
North Park Hill Cedar Deck | Jul 2014 | This was a complete tear out of an existing unsafe deck and replaced with a custom designed all natural cedar deck with a wrap step. The entire deck was left natural and coated with a clear coat for protection and long-life. The deck was roughly 20' wide and 14' deep. | $7k | Denver, CO
