This project required us to demo out an existing bathroom, extend the size of the bathroom 5' larger by taking up an unused closet opposite the shower and relocate all of the fixtures. A custom poured cement shower pan, custom fit shower glass, oversized tiles, granite countertop, and a custom built walnut vanity cabinet topped this project off.

This was a total tear out and remodel of an existing kitchen layout from the early 1900's near downtown Denver. We removed an exterior door, replaced windows, and totally transformed the living area and flow of the room as well as repairing the back addition done years ago.

This was a rental purchased by our client that needed a total gut. The home was originally a 2 bed/1ba house, but with some creative re-positioning we were able to make a very comfortable 3bed/2ba (added a master with en-suite bath) and significantly increase the rent range. A new kitchen(custom cabinets and granite tile counters), new laminate flooring, trim, paint, remodel the existing bathroom, and add a new bathroom from scratch were needed to complete this project.

This was a complete remodel, including the: kitchen, bathroom, entire hardwood floor, paint, carpet, and sun room. We used natural solid Brazilian cherry for the hardwood floors and solid custom built American cherry for the cabinetry. After marble tile, granite counter-tops, and lots of hard work the house was completed and able to be listed for sale for our clients. It ended up going under contract after a day on the market.

This was a complete tear out of an existing unsafe deck and replaced with a custom designed all natural cedar deck with a wrap step. The entire deck was left natural and coated with a clear coat for protection and long-life. The deck was roughly 20' wide and 14' deep.
