We structure our work to meet your needs and expectations. We worked with the City of Palmdale, CA. Rehabilitation Agency on their Neighborhood Rehabilitation Project for approximately 3 years. This was a State of California Grant program which provided home owners of older homes in selected neighborhoods within the city to receive a choice of improvements which included exterior painting, new driveways, landscaping or roofs. We completed 25+ of these projects. The program also provided for mobile home owners to receive interior, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, painting, re-piping and electrical, as well as exterior improvements, new roofs, painting and carports . We also completed 25+ of these projects. It's unfortunate that the State cut funding for these programs in 2011. We truly enjoyed providing services that helped improve the quality of life as well as increased property values for owners who may not have otherwise been able to have these improvements made. We also provide Solar Panel installation services.
