If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this builder at all costs. If you are in Lancaster area, stay away from the new development they will be starting in the next year or 2. This was by far the worst experience I have had building a home. Clearly they do not care about customer satisfaction or stand behind there craftsmanship.
