Douglas Tree and Property Service

Douglas tree service is good at one thing, quick responses and a good price, but the saying is very true as you get what you pay for. They were quick to come out and gave us a very good price for the work being done, however in the process they did not properly trim a tree against the property line as they wanted to "keep the neighbors happy". They also broke a solar light and destroyed a walkway by driving over it, and on top of that they left large chunks of shredded wood spewed across the driving unable to clean up after themselves. I have tried several times to contact them and the assistant that answers the phone has told me that he will call me when he gets into the office. I doubt that is going to happen. Moral of the story is, if you want a cheap job done and don't care about the surrounding area I would use Douglas, if you want to keep your property looking nice and if its on a property line I would spend a little extra and use somebody else.

Do NOT call Douglas Tree Service. I called and I was given a 3 hour window when they would come out. No one showed up or contacted us. When I called, I was told that they drove by and they can't do the job. They didn't even know what tree I needed to be looked out. Save yourself time and find a tree service that communicates well with customers, and a service that doesn't waste your time.
