I received excellent service and learned a lot from Michael who was able to explain what exactly was causing the mold growth in my basement and show me a plan for resolving it permanently. Unlike one of the other companies I had out, he didn't try to upsell me on extra services that I don't need. If I had to nitpick one thing, I had to leave a voicemail once when calling with a quesetion. But, I understand it was their busy season and they did get back to me later that day with an answer. In summary, the mold is gone for good and I'm happy with the work Michael's crew did to improve my home's basement area.

I had a great experience with Michael and his crew from Access Basement Systems. It's been over a year now since installing a basement waterproofing system and re-modeling my basement living space. I've had no issues so far (knock on wood) and am happy to have my basement usable again. Probably the only thing that could have gone better was the amount of time it took, but I'd rather have a job done right with a few delays than have issues down the road with a quick and dirty project completion.
