Disconnect & remove existing furnace. Clean & seal return air cavity. Furnish & install Lennox furnace 7" filter base & filter. Fab & install duct adapter to adapt equipment to existing duct. Furnish & install new gas flex, trap & ball valve. Furnish & install Honeywell 2000 thermostat. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Disconnect & remove existing furnace & both evaporative coolers. Enlarge existing return air grills or add additional if needed to ensure proper air flow. Clean & seal return air cavity. Furnish & install Lennox 5T condenser on precast pad. Furnish & install Lennox SL280 furnace, a-coil, filter base & filter. Cut & box truss if needed to make sufficient room for duct riser into attic. Furnish and install new line set & line set cover. Replace damaged flex ducts and relocate flex ducts from end of existing sheet metal duct. Inspect duct & repair any rust under cooler drops. Wrap main trunk with foil back wrap insulation in areas where it is missing. Furnish & install iComfort thermostat. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Disconnect & remove both existing furnaces, coils & condensing units. Clean & seal both return air cavities. Furnish & install 2T condenser on existing pad for master bedroom area of home. Furnish & install SL280UH090-036, A-col, 7" filter base & filter. Reconnect condensate drain line. Furnish & install 3T condenser on North side of home on existing pad. Furnish & install SL280UH090-048, a-coil, 7" filter base & filter in garage storage room. Reconnect condensate drain line. Furnish & install new line sets. Furnish & install iComfort thermostats for both systems. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Disconnect & remove both existing Freus package units on roof. Cap off water lines. Fab & install angle iron stands for both units. Furnish & install one 3ton heat pump package unit on north side of home/ master area with crane. Furnish & install one 2ton heat pump package unit on south side of home with crane. Fab & install supply & return duct adapters internally lined with 2" liner & sealed. Furnish & install 7.5kw heat strip in 3ton unit, 5kw heat strip in 2ton unit. Reconnect electrical to both units. Furnish & install ComfortSense 7500 thermostats & outdoor temp sensors for both systems. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation. Save old north unit for customer for future use.

Enlarge existing return air grill or add second to create proper air flow. Clean & seal return air cavity. Furnish & install Lennox XC20 4T condenser & precast pad to be installed on south side of garage against rock wall. Furnish & install Lennox SL280 furnace, a-coil, 7" base, Merv11 filter and drain line. Furnish & install line set & line set cover. Trench & run line set under ground to condenser. Furnish & install iComfort thermostat. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Sublet electrician to perform service upgrade to 200A service & run new 220V line to roof top package unit. Disconnect & remove existing evaporative cooler. Disconnect & remove existing furnace, cap off & seal riser. Cut & remove west parapet wall, fab & install sheet metal caps & seal to stucco. Fab & install new angle iron stand. Furnish & install Lennox package heat pump & heat strips. Cut in new return air opening & install filter grill. Furnish & install 7000 thermostat & outdoor temp sensor. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Disconnect and remove existing evaporative cooler and both wall furnaces. Furnish and install 1-3T package unit on new angle iron stand on roof as per plan. Sublet electrician to run new 220V line to rooftop package unit. Fabricate and install new furdown supply duct system in hallway and closet as per plan. Cut in new supply registers off of furdown duct into each room as per plan. Fabricate and install new rooftop supply duct system sealed air tight to living and utility room. Furnish and install new supply diffusers in each room and bar-type return grilles as per plan. Cut in new supply drops into living and utility rooms. Cut in new return air grille in great room. Fabricate and install return air duct, sealed air tight. Wrap all exposed sheet metal roof top duct work with fabric and paint all duct white. Wrap exposed round sheet metal pipe with 3" foil-back insulation, wrap with fabric and paint white. Run new gas line to package unit. Furnish and install Honeywell 2000 thermostat. Start up and check equipment for proper operation.

Furnish & install Lennox package unit with crane. Fab & install supply & return duct adapter to adapt to existing duct. Reconnect electrical & gas to new unit. Furnish & install Honeywell 2000 thermostat. Start up & check all equipment for proper operation.

Furnish & install new filter in existing filter grill. Start up and check operation on all equipment.
