They overdo the removal/tearing down the property, promising the customer that the insurance would cover it – the more torn down, the more thorough the renovation could be done. (3) How the customer ends up being high jacked? If the insurance declines it, they bill it all to the customer and file a lien under the property – they do not give a detailed invoice (please see as attached) but directly a lien notice.
