Over The Top Mounts "T.v. Mounting And Home Theater Services"

Extremely unprofessional, a one day job turned into two days of hell. He spent more time away from the job than on the job. I gave him half the payment after the first day. The second day he returned late and had to leave to take care of some personal issues. He left his girlfriend/wife at my condo. He returned and got in an argument with her which included the use of profanity. His measurements were off. She tried to reassure him they could fix it but he was completely overwhelmed and started to take his frustration out on her. She apologized to me and walked out. He got more frustrated and threw tools and he gloves as he walked out the door. He returned moments later to inform me than he was done for the night and could not work with his girlfriend. He apologized and told me he would be back tomorrow at 1100 with someone else to correct the measurement and finish the project. Unlike the night prior, he decided he would take his tools this time (which to me, meant he was not coming back). I was right he never came back. So I'm stuck with an incomplete project. Very, very unprofessional. I'm not sure what the screening process is to be listed as an professional on porch.com but surely there is a lot of room for improvement. I will not be using Over the Top or maybe even Porch.com ever again. A lot of wasted time, money and effort. I have photos his incomplete work. I even took photos of the trash he and his girlfriend left behind. Yes, I had to clean up everything include the drill dust he left all over my hardwood floors. Never gain……By the way the job was never completed because no one was willing to come in and fix his mess for a reasonable price so I gave away a 600 entertainment center, patch and paint all the hold he drill in the wall myself. This was a hard lesson to learn, never again..
