Recover and recapture of old refrigerant from the system, insert it in a specialty refrigerant recovery jug and dispose of it through epa certified refrigerant recovery company. sharp cut of line sets, suction and discharge lines, in the attic (closet or garage) and condenser outside and leave no edge debris that could damage new system. cover flooring with mats or the use of shoe covers from the entrance of the home to the attic access or closet, to protect from any flooring damage, 2-3 man crew to remove indoor evaporator coil and existing furnace delicately through the attic access, closet or garage. Utilize rubber wheel hand truck to remove condenser from job site, to protect landscape and flooring. Use R11 flush system pressurized with nitrogen at 250psi, to clean the entire line set, from beginning to end, of r-22 (old Freon) debris, for new system with R410 to be able to work smoothly and also to protect new unit from being exposed to the different oils of the old refrigerants. Oxygen and acetylene set of torches is used to solder new condenser in place as well as new coil in the attic (garage or closet), new uv rated line set and tape is use to replaced existing insulation from the side wall of the house to the condensing unit. Specialty hanging materials will be use to suspend new furnace and coil in the attic, along with it, all of our installs come with a 4” Merv 11 filter and housing that is attached to of the furnace and filter is good for 1 year, old filtration system is left in place in case you would prefer the old or new filtration system. Once units have been hung, we will install the duct runs to the new coil, and duct seal it completely to prevent any air leakage, new flexible double wall 4” combustion pipe will be use to connect exhaust vent from furnace to the outside of the roof. All electrical connections for indoor and outdoor unit. System will be filled with nitrogen to 200 psi and will sit to prevent any leaks. This unit comes with 10 year parts and 2 year labor warranty, included in all of our install is a 1 year club membership, In which includes two visits a year to check before the cooling and heating seasons.
