Compudoc Computer Repair

I went to Compudoc relying on their good reviews. I wish I hadn’t been so trust worthy. They broke my laptop. I took in my laptop for a hinge repair. They said it’d take 2-3 days. It took 3 1/2 weeks and it still wasn’t fixed. I picked up my laptop today cause I had enough of their horrible service. They never updated me on what they were doing to my laptop until I’d reach out and ask. They put on a “new” cover on my laptop without notifying me but it was actually just tape. I went in to pick up my laptop a few days ago when it was supposedly ready, but the laptop screen wasn’t working. I left it so they could fix it but I felt uneasy, so I picked it up today and it was completely disassembled. I took it to Best Buy and Fry’s. They told me it was broken and could not be fixed. And to add to that, they didn’t give me all of my laptop’s parts back. There’s parts missing even though I asked for them all back. This was all for a HINGE repair, so I don’t see why they needed to take out the rest of the parts of the laptop. This place has horrible service and it’s untrustworthy. I was too patient and too nice for too long. I posted pictures on my Yelp review.
