Passick Pools

This is by far the worst pool builder in Las Vegas. Pay attention to the reviews. The "5 star review" from Dustin P is the owner of Passick Pools. What a joke! They have been brought before the Nevada Contractors Board, found guilty of numerous violations and fined and are currently being sued in District Court. Don't let these people near your home.

Great Company that will go above and beyond for you. Dustin is the owner and is personally the one who will be at your house and the one answering the phone when you call. All we ever heard was nightmare pool builds and we still can not believe the process we went through and how clean and seamless it was. Thank you Dustin and Liz for an awesome job

Where do I begin? For those of you researching pool builders, keep looking... better yet - run from these people! If I could give Dustin Passick negative stars for not only making an absolute disaster of my yard but also for not having a shred of decency or morals, I would. He was hired to build our pool (actually that is a joke, he does not build anything. He hires unlicensed subcontractors and does not pay them) and did not give us half of what we paid for or that is in our contract. He then placed an unlawful lien on our home stating we owed a final balance, when if fact he owes us money for shorting us 800 square feet of travertine although he was paid for it.. Not only that, but he didn't even finish the project. He blatantly lied to us every step of the way and did not finish our project on time - or at all, for that matter. We have turned him over the Nevada Contractors Board and there are numerous charges pending against him. Feel free to look it up on the Nevada Contractors Board website, it is public knowledge. We are also having to sue him in District Court since he thought he and his wife thought they would be cute and file an illegal lien on our home without merit, in retaliation for filing a complaint that was filed with the Contractors Board. Run from this degenerate, he is a joke in the industry and since our litigation began, I have heard nothing but negative comments about him from various pool builders and pool suppliers. I would also strongly suggest that you keep very close tabs on the permits that he pulls, all of ours were rescinded and to date, have not been reopened, so our new (competent) pool builder can fix the disaster that Dustin Passick left us with.

Where do I begin... for those of you looking to build a pool in Las Vegas, do yourselves a favor and check the Nevada Contractors Board before hiring this degenerate. If I could give Dustin Passick 0 stars for both his shoddy work ethic (or lack thereof) and his immoral behavior, I would. We made the mistake of hiring Passick Pools to build our pool last year. We should have known from inception that it was a mistake when he started digging up our yard prior to having a signed contract and then when he finally did show up with a contract it somehow was a higher price than agreed upon. Not only did he fail to complete the project on time, he didn't complete it at all! He didn't provide what was in his contract which does not have the proper verbiage required for a Nevada contract, and what was completed was installed by unlicensed subcontractors, who sued him in Small Claims Court for non payment. After we filed a complaint with the Contractors Board, he thought he would be clever and file an unlawful lien against our home. He then hired some ambulance chaser to file a breach of contract suit against us in Justice Court. Breach of contract?!? Passick Pools is in breach of contract, not us. Do yourselves a favor and run from this clown.
