TNT Appliance Repair

Got acquainted with them through a home warranty company. I think Tony came by my house within a couple hours of my requesting service through my home warranty. Good sign, right? Nope. Tony was dirty, he was unprofessional, and he charged me for parts that should have been approved through the warranty company. That was a Friday, I think. He told me he would be back on the following Tuesday. Didn't show. Long story short, 3 weeks later, I still haven't seen him nor the parts I paid for. If you use these guys you are asking for trouble. I have been working to get my money or the parts (they probably never purchased them) since and I still haven't received any of my money or the parts. They keep telling me about their family emergencies that prevent them from handling their business. I will never refer these folks to anyone but the Better Business Bereau and the Lawrenceville Police Dept. They are horrible, undependable, unprofessional, liars, and apparently thieves for running away with my money.
