Paid $2,000 but received an email recept that shows I paid $3,000 and marked paid in full. Owner was not happy that someone at the company sent me the email showing that I paid $3,000 and the balance due was zero. Of course the system still does not work because of a leak and terrible installation.Also smaller unit stopped working. The connecter where all the wires are connected needed replacing. It has two contactors that meet when it needs to run. They wanted to charge me over $200.00 to replace. I went to Fox Appliances and bought the part for $20.00 and replaced it. Unit worked great after that. They stopped answering my calls over two weeks ago.
