The Fix-It Service put a studio apartment in my basement and did an excellent job at an affordable price. It really transformed the space so it was easy to rent. They also painted my entire (large) house and took care of all needed repairs to make it market ready. It sold in two weeks for the asking price. Great attention to detail.

Teresa has painted the interior of two homes for us. Her work is precise, she completely cleans up after her work, and is very efficient. She is very dependable as well. She has also done some minor repair work for us, such as grouting tile, and we've been very happy with the results. I recommend her highly!
