After a thorough inspection a Fraser Roofing Project Manager found that there was significant Wind and Hail damage to the roof. When State Farm showed up Fraser was there to represent the homeowner and get the insurance claim approved! This roof was upgraded from a 3-Tab 25 Year roof to an Oakridge Tru-def Architectural Twilight Black Shingle w/ Ltd Lifetime Warranty. We added Ice and Water Shield, Drip edge all the way around and installed ridge vents to increase energy savings and enhance ventilation.

After being contacted and briefed by Mr. Hutson,the homeowner vetted Fraser Roofing LLC and decided to call us back to assist in representing a claim that had already been filed. Mr. Hutson was able to assist the homeowner though the entire process of filing the claim, getting work done and even fought for the homeowner when it was realized that an amendment for more funds was required from their insurance company. Our customer was very pleased with the, helpful, patient and courteous staff at Fraser Roofing along with the Quality of workmanship they received from us. Replaced: rotten deck boards from existing leaks. Replaced: Chimney Flashing. Replaced: Rotten Chimney siding. Replaced: 20 foot section of Gutter and Facia. Homeowner called Fraser Roofing from a "Door Hanger" advertisement Mr. Yates left to inform them that we had identified their home to have recently sustained storm damage. After Meeting with Mr. Hutson the Homeowner felt that Fraser was the company he wanted performing the renovations on his house. His main concern was quality work, and correcting his inadequate ventilation system. After a brief explanation on how our installed Roofing/Ventilation system works, the project was planned out. Work was completed in two consecutive days. During the job additional problems with the chimney siding were discovered by the Fraser team and Mr. Hutson committed to solve the problem for the homeowner. The homeowner was highly satisfied with the quality of work and our clean up procedures at the end of the job.
