Pecan Valley Apartments

My name is Angela Ryals and I am the property manager at pecan valley apartments. We offer two different apartments. We have a one bedroom apartment that is 1140 square feet. It has a den that has an accordion door that slides shut and can be made into a second bedroom. This apartment features two full bathrooms, a patio or balcony, walk in closets in the bedroom and the den, a pantry in the kitchen, and a fireplace in the living room. The one bedroom apartment is $750.00 a month with a $200.00 deposit and no application fee. The second apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is 1160 square feet. It features a fireplace in the living room, a pantry in the kitchen, a patio or balcony depending on the location of the apartment, the second floor two bedrooms come with an outside shed. The two bedroom apartment rents for $775.00 a month with a $200.00 deposit and no application fee. We allow pets with a $200.00 deposit per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed.
