Tier1 Group was contacted to create a new configuration within the existing space and develop more usable space throughout. Create a modern style and configuration to incorporate new furnishings. In the kitchen, we removed black countertops and replaced with white granite remnants and brought island counter to one level. Installed new backsplash, under cabinet lighting and power strips under countertops. Existing cabinetry throughout condominium was painted in different shades of gray, glass inserts in kitchen cabinets. Removed existing bamboo flooring and installed new engineered wood throughout the living space and bedrooms. All walls and ceilings were repainted with different shades of gray to define spaces. In the master bedroom, we constructed a floating wall to create more closet space and worked with California Closets to design a functional space for the homeowners wardrobe. The bathrooms were completely remodeled with new stand alone tubs on custom tile platforms, tile backsplash, floors, showers and base trim. Installed new frameless glass shower doors and new lighting.

By reconfiguring the kitchen and relocating the utility room to the bathroom linen closet we were able to create workable counter space and extra cabinetry for storage with limited space, this project was a dream come true for our client. We install cabinetry, flooring lighting, countertops and appliances.

Our client requested the ability to have an outdoor space for entertaining both family and guest regardless of hot Texas sun or rainy conditions, an area for their smoker, usable backyard and a garden area. Living in Texas the Sun is the big challenge. So we created a covered outdoor living area consisting of 280 square feet.
