Reazer's Recycling

Sooooo we have had this company now for about 6 months to a year in that time they have not picked up trash or removed all the trash from the premises multiples times... now today of course we had more than 5 bags which happens to everyone now and then well they decided to pick up 7 out of the 9 bags and leave the trash sit so now I have nothing but soak and wet trash that I got to now drag back into my garage for the week! The lady at the front desk states well we have a 5 bag police and they took more than they should of to begin with... well anyone in a right state of mind would of took all the trash and billed the customer for the bag overage or go by the policy n only take the 5 bag limit but no they didnt do either. Then to top it all of after all is said and done and she tells me the manager will contact me soon she calls back instead and says so are you going to cancel the trash pickup!? Are you serious uhhhh no we paid for the trash pick up you will continue to do so till the next Billing cycle! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A JOKE!
