We prepared this beautiful family home with our staging before it was listed for sale. Initially we had a Walk and Talk Consultation with the Home Owner where we pointed out which changes to make. The Home Owner managed to do all the work themselves and we came back to look what they've done so far and making a few tweaks with accessories and replacing furniture. After everything was perfectly set up, we did take panoramic pictures for the MLS Listing to enhance the listing with the best photographs and showing the property at its best.

This prestigious condo in Hernando, FL, was on the market for half a year without any interest. So the owner decided to start all over and called us to bring in rental furniture and to style this beautiful place to show it off to potential buyers. We also created a video for the MLS listing and took panoramic pictures to get the best exposure for the listing.

This was an excellent decision, as we brought in furniture tailored for this house, to dedicate spaces, but without filling them too much, so every buyer could still see the potential and space for their own use. The property received already an offer at the Open House event and was sold consequently. Once more, vacant Home Staging works and sells, quicker and for a higher price than without.

Task was to change and modernize the 2 bathrooms for a condo in Orlando. The Master Bathroom should have a touch of "Tommy Bahama" Feel and the 2nd bathroom more a 'beachy flair". Both the bathrooms had been gutted to the bones and built up from scratch with new tiles, tub's, water closet's, vanities and mirrors. Also the floors have been changed. We did one bathroom at the time, to have the other one still available.
