MR Wayne L Due to the fact that I the project manager with CMS went to your house because the owner of CMS has sent me there because of the flooring coming up,I took over this project manager position to up hold the Quality of work due to all home owners, When looking at your floors there was rotten wood by your washer and dryer, this means there was a lick from your washer, you had sign papers saying you where happy with the work and yet you told me you didn’t like the flooring design so CMS has nothing to do with that when you got the floor you wanted but yet I took it on myself to remove all the flooring you didn’t like and replace it with more beautiful flooring, at a low price to you but then you started adding more work you wanted done such has hanging pictures my people cleaning your house, we went above what we were there to do to make you happy, I will tell all home owners this the owner couldn’t be on the job everyday because his loving wife battle bone cancer that God has work great things for her, You want to see quality work go to ktoddpatrick pictures are posted there, Thank you all and God bless

I've attempted to have a bathroom renovated and new flooring throughout my home. My first question to the owner was "are you going to be on site while the work is being done" he answered yes but, he only showed up to collect the money and to change what was my original order of material from one vender to a cheaper look alike material from another vendor. He was full of promises that he didn't keep. The laborers work hard and diligent, do good work with materials provided by the owner. I am so glad he is out of the picture. When something went wrong with the floor I was directed to call the laborers myself. I have not received a warrantee or guarantee for the work of CMS Restoration. I've since hired his laborers without him being a middle man. The laborers, under their own contract are completing the total renovations in my home. I would not refer CMS Restoration to anyone.
