Northwest/Landscape & Pressure Wash, LLC

Used them for about 6 months and was happy with the actual service during that time. They agreed to mow my yard only (no other landscaping) every 4-6 weeks for $40. Came regularly every 4 weeks without having to call or make an appt. However, I am now VERY upset with how unprofessional they treated me recently. I sent them an email asking them about the bill they sent me and the rate I was being charged and they told me they were now going to raise my rate because I only wanted service once a month. They were "nice" enough to offer me the price I had been paying monthly as a weekly rate (which I do not need and is overkill for my yard). Also, they told me they were fine with once a month and THEY gave me the $40 price when they gave me my initial estimate.They had agreed to a rate and then decided to raise it because I questioned them about it. This is how they treat loyal customers. It feels like they are only raising the rate because I questioned them about it....very unprofessional and disappointing
