They did a really good job, and were fairly good with communication. They didn't take all of the garbage away with them. Maybe because it wasn't in the contract, but it would have been nice. Still, I am very satisfied with the job.

This is NOT the guy you want to hire for your home remodel. He never lives up to what he tells you and he has skipped out on completing my home even after he has been paid. DO NOT HIRE!

I wouldn't let Mike Lloyd Construction build a bird house. Terrible craftsmanship and the man is a liar. You want photos - I got them. Find another contractor
