IC Telecommunications has done work for me for over 2 years including transitioning a complicated TV, with sound system , DVD player , tape decks and v h s players. He also helped set up the computer system with printer and the magic jack phone setting it up so that I could use it even to fax, which I told was probably not possible. He helped me in cutting the cable and setting up my services so that I could continue to enjoy a variety of TV options, and even split them with Friends to drastically reduce my cost. When I have had a problem and called him , he has responded promptly and been able to fix some things remotely. I have found him to be intelligent, creative, honest and dependable. He has gone the extra mile to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the product. I strongly recommend him for any technological project, no matter how simple or how complicated.

Derrick did an excellent job installing my dishwasher. I highly recommend Derrick.

Derrick and his partner were very courtesy and did a great job. They were right on time and completed the job in an excellent manner. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I will call them again when needed.
