Lifetime Fence & Roofing Company, after doing a fence project and replacing the roof, was contracted to remodel the existing swimming pool. Customer chose Onyx black for the pool plaster color, and Turkish Ivory Travertine tiles for the decking. One week into the project, heavy rainfall was cause for concern. Harry, the project manager, went out and had the crew drill holes into the bottom of the pool to prevent damage from hydraulic lifting. Lifetime Fence & Roofing also built a new waterfall. Project was completed within three weeks.

Lifetime Fence & Roofing Company installed 853 ft of custom steel fence for a church. The steel fence was custom and required an expert welding crew. Bad weather caused delays, but the project was completed within 2 weeks.

Working with an architect, Lifetime Fence & Roof designed and built an outdoor living area, including an outdoor kitchen with exterior fireplace, patio, and custom arbor. Stamped concrete was used for the patio, and the pillars for the arbor were built with custom stone. Once the pillars were started, the customer was not happy with the stone she had picked out initially, and decided to switch to a different type of stone. The estimate was adjusted, and waiting for shipment of the new stone caused a slight delay. The customer was happy with the new stone for the pillars, and the rest of the project went smoothly.

Following a major storm, customer had damage to roof, gutters, fence and other areas. Lifetime Fence & Roofing Company worked with the insurance company to cover the cost of replacing the roof, gutters, and fence. Customer wanted to replace the fence with a custom privacy fence. Insurance did not cover the complete cost of the upgraded fence, so the customer paid some of the difference out of pocket.
